New Theatre has just launched a new membership structure for 2009. Our new membership structure is more affordable and offers more variety and levels of involvement. We are also working towards securing more benefits for New Theatre Members by joining forces with other arts organisations and local businesses to provide special discounts and offers.

Full Membership   $40

Participate in New Theatre productions (on and off stage)
Receive regular newsletters and special offers via email
Receive priority notice of all auditions
Be eligible for discounted Members' tickets ($15)
Vote at meetings
Stand for Management Committee positions
Use theatre facilities (including rehearsal spaces) at discounted rates

Associate Membership   $20

Front of House Program   Free

New Theatre needs friendly, responsible Front of House volunteers to assist at every performance. In return you get two complimentary tickets to use for a New Theatre production. We invite people applying for Full and Associate Membership to also join our Front of House Program. You must hold an approved RSA Certificate.

We are also looking for Technical Volunteers to help in the workshop and set construction.

Membership is valid until the end of calendar year. If you join after 1 September, membership will be valid until end of the following calendar year.

New Theatre is a non-professional theatre company and participation is on a voluntary basis
